anti hotlink module for apache 2

This module needs to compile under linux and freebsd:

We are having a problem where users are linking to our videos. The module needs to work in a cluster environment since there is around 10 servers in the cluster so sessions might be something required.

Also please take note there will be legitimate and non-legitimate users attempting to save the videos to their hard drive from our site and no referrer information is passed when doing right click and save as on the video or image, so some sort of tracking will need to be done within the module. We dont want to deny legitimate users coming from approved sources being denied the option to save the file while blocking theives. The module also requires a whitelist where all urls within the whitelist will be allowed to link to our videos. All urls must be stored in a database mysql so we may update it on the fly.

This module should protect videos and images. All video formats as well:

Please take note there is no existing code in this project and there is no integration requied with any other backend/frontend. The whitelist will be stored in a new database through mysql that we would like to specify via the configuration of this module inside httpd.conf of apache. This project is from scratch.

Some other info:

Sorry sessions isnt something the module needs. We tried to develop this module ourselves in the past and failed because it took additional development time by our internal developes to create some sort of internal tracking mechanism since there seems to be a problem with REFERRER information being passed when trying to save the file with using "Right Click of the mouth" then selecting "Save As". I beleive this is an IE bug. So please before bidding you should know these limitations.

there seems to be a spelling error above. it should read right click on the mouse.
