AFIS for Law enforcement

AFIS code is available in C language. Several exe files creates certain output files (including Raw Image files). The coder must take this C Code and create a library (DLL) that can be used from [url removed, login to view] 2008.

Unsafe code will be used obviously.

this is an in-house tool project.
