Requirements for IVR all VOIP based using latest codecs. Operators and at home users are all pstn based. Recomendations would be required for a 500 DDI voip gateway. Needs to handle 250 Inbound and Outbound calls at same time with 500 DDI loaded.

§ Live Operator Status pages (live pages updated every 15 seconds with current status). This to work with IVR for 121 psychic and adult/ clean chat stauts of operators either by java , flash , or html and be customizable

§ Stats package (web based logins) for clients and internal management including credit card stats.

§ The ability to top pins up , create bulk pins , and easy pin manegment e.g disabling or refunding. Would also like the ability to purchase pins online.

§ Supervisor access in to all live conversations via listening in line. This can either be via a sip voip phone or normal pstn phone.

§ At home operator logs on via telephone line or via the web.

o Operator answers call, inputs unique 4 digit pin.

o Opearator can transfer the call back to main menu by 3* or cut caller off via 1* Both force releases the call after action. Caller back to main menu and op disconnected and back in the carousel.

All live calls to be recorded and stored on ICSTIS approved methods with que transfer system to a windows based file server.

Live status pages of the servers in question which can be loaded on any web browser at any location password protected from the internet. We would hope this would also show the status of the lines involved to monitor the server performance.

The backup server should mirror the main server twice a day and should automatically trip over if a fault should occur , and warnings sent to the engineers. Once the fault has been sorted the ability to switch back to main server should be a simple process. This is essential.

The option to add video calling at a later stage with billing in place for this.

All based on open source technologies either asterisk , or freeswitch e.t.c. Hosted servers will be used , and as such full control should be remote accsessable.

Full Training to be provided on the system to engineer. A full list of system requirements to be sent before software is written as well as heavy load testing.

System must have webpage intergration of every aspect of the system , to enable easy installation of additional operators or services.

Must have 99% uptime and be secure with good resiliance to breakdowns this is essential as the implecations could be severe to the business.
