Sales/Commission/Customer Tracker/Referral System - Access

I need a user friendly access product created to do multiple items.

On the backend we need to be able to set the commission levels for each sales rep by dollar amount (default is $9.00), set tax amount, set the cost per computer and input our expenses as we get them and even set recurring expenses.

1. We need to be able to add new customers with a form. The information we will input is: First name, last name, Address, City, State, Postal Code, Country, Contact Title, Home Number, Cell Number, Office Number, Company Name, Number of Computers, and cost is automatically figured from cost set my us on the backend. We will also need to select from a list of sales reps and assign that to that particular customer. We need to be able to set a referral name as well. You'll see why below.

(Obviously we will also need to add sales reps to the system)

1a. Must be able to view entire customer listing and/or export to excel. Also, need a search function

2. Sales reps earn $9.00 (by default) per computer and $4.00 for every referral that their customer gets. See chart attached. So the system needs to calculate based on our input. For example:

Joe salesguy sales to Customer 1 and Customer 2

Customer 1 makes a referral and earns $5.00 and Joe salesguy earns $4.00

Customer 1's referal makes a referral - customers 1's referral earns $5.00 and Joe Salesguy earns $4.00

Essentially, Joe Salesguy only earns $9.00 for sales he makes, and also earns $4.00 for every referral down the line while each customer earns $5.00 per referral.

This system will track our total sales, sales after taxes, sales after expenses, and what we owe in taxes. We also need to be able to determine what we owe to a particular customer and/or sales rep

Customer sign up on a subscription of $15.99 a month, however commission payments are only made one time.

As stated above, we need to be able to set the cost per computer because the cost will eventually go up. Something like an option to increase the cost per computer and set the date it will start the increase.

Eventually, we will add residual income where we will pay $1.00 per month per customer that the salesman gets and for every referal that their customer refers. Maybe someone can make that an optional item with a check box or something.

Looking for long term relationship as well.
