We currently have a program that is used to create spreadsheets that list check boxes for important features of incoming product. The original designer of this program is not responding to our contact attempts, so we need either:
1. The existing program to be modified per our specifications or
2. A completely new program written that will mimic the existing one, and, of course, include the added requirements.
The first attached file is a representation of one of the files that is output from the program. This report can be printed with or without the images that are seen. This printout draws information from a database that has been created through data that has been input via the program. The printout can be generated by accessing an Excel spreadsheet to read some of the fields and then draw information from the database. Printouts can also be generated by entering a single part number of by a range of part numbers.

"The empty check boxes allow an employee to examine the product and then check off each specification making sure it has been met.
Printouts will only print the number of specifications that are actually entered, not a list of empty boxes as well. This program should include the GUI to enter the data, it should create the database (Microsoft access?), and then have some sort of GUI that can be used to print out a range of part numbers with specifications (as described) or a specific part number with its specifications (as described). It would be nice if the items were sortable by the Part number or Alternate part number. "
What is required to be added is the ability to generate a purchase order that lists these specifications (with the option of including the picture or not). An example of the purchase order printout is also included.
I can provide the original program files if a simple modification is all that is required.
