Windows program for trading with hyip

I want someone to make a windows based program where users can signup and use it to trade different hyips. I whant them to be able to create a account and se how much is on it and ingpoing profits and so on.. There must some kind of chat or forum and advertisement. If this isnt possible i whant an easy calculator where a person can add and calculate differnt rates from hyips and such. In this program there will be a banner where different hyips can advertise,the program much be able to connect to the internet so that a company just can visit my site and add there banner.. The banner will later be shown in the program. So.. A windowsbased program that people can: *Chat with eachother *see statistics over dirrerene hyips *see advertisement from hyips (companys can easy add there own banner via a html site) ------ is possible (not needed): trade the hyipmarket and deposit and withdraw money via e-gold and AMO etc. The program will be called "goldmanager" for now.
