I have a VS2005 MFC dialog based project that graphically emulates an air conditioner wall controller (touchscreen display) using the embedded C code from the actual device.
The problem is the project does not compile and the engineer responsible for the design is not in contact anymore.
The project was missing the [url removed, login to view] & [url removed, login to view] and corresponding header files. I have recreated these files from a new VS2005 MFC dialog based project and added to existing project. Obviously these recreated files are only a starting point as I have not modified them to suite.
A release executable is included to show where the project was prior and where I need it to be back too.
Looking at the code you will also notice that there was previously some sort of debug console for displaying debug information. I also need this operational.
Project task(s) in a nutshell, get the project compiling, building and debugging as shown in the included executable (plus debug console window).
CLcd class is missing. Not sure if it originally would have been in one of the four files I stated in the description that were missing or not. Code that I have posted is all that I have.
Datasheets for the LCD module and it's onboard controller are now available for download.
I have 10 years experience in developing MFC applications (and also embedded code for a variety of microcontrollers). I can caomplete this project within one working week.
