I need a circuit design for a EEPROM programmer thats is able to program and erase only a SST 27SF512. The programmer may communicate trough any PC capable protocol you like (RS232, USB etc) as long as you can supply a piece of software that can load binary files (so it has to be able to convert to hex), make sure the EEPROM is erased, and load the firmware into the chip. The bin files will always be named [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]
Each filling one half of the EEPROM... file 1 the first 256K, file 2 the last 256K.
It would be great if the the software could be launched in a way that I can select which side of the EEPROM (first or last 256K section) will be erased/programmed. Like for example: "[url removed, login to view] -1" and "[url removed, login to view] -2"
