Implement Conversion use cases to test cases algorithm.

I have developed the algorithm to convert use case to test cases.
The algorithm itself is self explanatory with examples and diagrams.
I am currently working and also studying. Doing an internship and a part time job to earn living.
This is my final project which is required for graduation.
It is actually a piece of cake for professionals. It is not more than a week work. I need to submit this project by 20th August. Report/documentation is not required. Only fully commented code.
I want a fully functioning application which will take basic flow and alternate flow as input and output the possible test cases. More information will be provided to the bidder. I have attached the algorithm that has to be implemented and a supporting algorithm that can be used for taking proper inputs to the application.
I am too swamped at this moment to work on the project.

The programming language requirement is Java.
It should be a simple desktop application with text input in form of basic flow and alternate flow.
For eg. user inputs B1, B2, B3... etc basic flows and A1, A2, A3, ... etc as alternate flows as given in example.
The algorithms are self explanatory.
It is not required to be very detailed.
The software should give an idea of the conversion of use cases to test cases.

My professor was not agreeing but now I think I have something concrete to get it done.
The language requirement has changed to PHP.

So Now I have something like I want three tables
1) variable table--> vid and variable names(url, user name)
2)flow table--> fid, current state(url) , next state(user name) , transition (valid/invalid)
3) variable values--> id , value (blank , min, max ) , valid (valid/invalid) , variable id (username (from vid))

1st web page : get the input variables from the user and dump them in the variable table. at the same time take all possible values for those variable and dump those values in variable value table.
2nd web page :take the initial state and the next state and set the association between those states
(one selection at a time)
3rd web page : generate a report that displays all the test cases.
