automate ftp uploads and show links

PURPOSE: Take a list of images and randomly ftp or transfer to folders on webhost. then give image links.
Program: I want an interface. doesn't need to be pretty. Program should have following function:
1. scan for folders - memorize folders
-- should be able to scan for updates, remove folders from list for 1 time or permantly
2. place for ftp acct login, assuming ftp is used.
3. copy up to folders with check box for random or start a specific folder.
-when copying to folder if image name is duplicate then increment file name with number.
-example [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view]
4. output to text file links.
-example foldername\[url removed, login to view]

1. folders are only on webhost. not local. although if necessary can be arranged.
2. login just username/pw/ftp info
3. the images will be in a folder that i can browse to.
