I am looking for someone with programming (For thought process), IT, business and estate agency systems experience. We need someone who can look at our company system, work flow, and processes to simplify, strengthen and automate as much as possible and then create a full start to finish system flow chart and training manual for our company. We also have a full list of every single duty that takes place in the work place. We need someone who can identify which department and individual in our company will be responsible for which tasks. This is a very private and confidential job.
Major problems we are having at the moment.
Communication problems between two offices.
Not knowing who is responsible for what tasks.
No set flow systems creating problems for everyone involved.
To many small jobs being done for the same thing by different people.
No client interface to log issues such as maintenance requests, complaints, etc
No existing reporting system - need to automate reports on calls, viewings, no. of lets, offers fallen thru, etc
NB Messages not being passed over due to people being busy and forgetting.
No systems for the smallest of tasks.
Basically in a nutshell. We have a system for each task but they do not flow together and this is where we need assistance. We want the end result of the project to be for us to have a solid company system that all flows together along with a training manual so that we can train all of our staff.
There may be ad hoc things to add to this but will be discussed with successful bidder.

Hi, I'm experienced manager (details in PM), worked in iso 9001 certified company, i know how to set up a techprocess. Also good in writing and charting, thus will be able to provide you with a comprehensive report.
