ATMEL programming

Using the Atmel Micro controller write a subroutine that can be called from a main program to add/subtract together any two 32 bit floating point numbers. Remember this subroutine must be optimised to be as economic as possible with clock cycles.

You also need to crate a report. My Budget is 45 Pounds.
