C Graphic driver library of UC1608 LCD Controller for LPC1768 / LPC1769 to drive a 240x64 GLCD

I am a new bee and currently purchased an LPCXpresso (with LPC1769 on the target side) and started doing some basic experiments with LEDs etc.

Recently I purchased a Graphic LCD from Eastrising (Chinese company), namely ERC24064FAM-1 (240x64 pixels) with integrated UC1608 Graphic LCD Controller.

What I am trying to do is to create a graphic driver library of UC1608 LCD controller that will work with LPC1768 /LPC1769 microcontroller to drive 240x64 pixel LCD screen that I bought from a company named Eastrising. The driver library will have the similar functions in this link and the code will be written in C.

There are various code samples on the web but I could not find any specifically written for LPC17XX series microcontroller and I decided to post this project.

I am willing to pay a reasonable amount of money for this project.
