Transcoding Software

Hello, First of all you should only bid if you have experience working with Libavformat and Libavcodec. I need a C/C++ written application that ads transcoding jobs that is done in realtime. The Source "media" that needs to be transcoded is available at a HTTP url so you can use libcurl to retrieve the media. It is then to be transcoded with various settings that you provide. Example settings are the following; Video Codec: libx264 (need only support for this) VIdeo Rate: XX kbps Audio Codec: libfaac Output Container: mpegts Parameters section: In the parameters section you can add something like; preset=superfast threads=4 bt=2500 qcomp=0.7 deblockalpha=2 deblockbeta=2 filter_queue=16 filter_thread=4 filter=deinterlace I do not want the application to run FFmpeg somehow, but instead use the libraries that ffmpeg is using to transcode, specifically libavcodec and libavformat. The transcoded media needs to be outputted to an HTTP URL. Example configuration file; transcode_url_0 = [login to view URL] transcode_name_0 = NameOfChannel transcode_url_1 ... transcode_name_1 ... Would create an x264 libfaac encoded stream on [login to view URL]:applicationport/?channel=NameOfChannel The configuration is just an example and it doesnt have to be like that of course. Important for me is that you have worked with libavformat/libavcodec before.
