2010 Access database mods

Access database modifications (form/report creation)

I have an existing Access 2010 database that is mostly complete, I am able to enter my data, but I don’t have any way of getting any reports that allow me to extract info in summary on reports

What I Need

1. When the report tab is clicked on the Home page this will open the year to date summary on the current page, this will only include the current financial year summary for sales and purchases. The summary is to include all the info/calculations that is on the attached excel screenshot based on the tables in the access database

2. When this sub tab (sales summary) is clicked, a form will open asking for the user to enter two different dates (from – to dates). When submitted this form is to close and a report is to open. This report is to include a list of the sales and at the bottom shows a total of the sales, tax, and a few other items.

3. As above - but for expenses

4. When this sub tab (produce quarterly reports) is clicked, a form is to open asking the user to enter two different dates (from – to dates). When the form “submit” button is pressed the form is to close and a report is to open. This report is to show the summary as per item 1 but only for the selected dates.

5. When this sub tab (sales by customer) is clicked, a form is to open asking the user to select the following:

• a customer from a combo box showing all customers (name and/or business name)

• “from – to dates”

• Submit button

• When the submit button is selected the form is to close and a report showing the customers details is to open.

6. As above – but for expenses

7. This one is not shown on the drawing, but I would like another tab that when selected, presents the user with a form requesting:

• “from – to dates”

• A button that I can press for all customers or a combo box that I can select a particular customer

• Submit button

A form then opens showing me the average time that it takes for customers or a particular customer (depending on what is selected) to pay, The 3 longest times that it took for the customer to pay and who they were.

I know that the above is a little vague but it gives a good idea on what I want and provides enough info for you, the bidder, to give me an accurate price.
