Batch Resize TIFF Images into MANY Sizes

I require a batch resizing software that I can select a folder full of TIFF images, and then load a profile of a client that contains there prefrences of resize. (Must be able to add/remove resizes preferences & save for each client).
> EXAMPLE
>So basiclly, lets say theres 10 TIFF images that need to be resized for our client McDonalds (Example).
> I want to be able to create new sizes they want, and save there settings to there own indvidual profile that I can load > next time I want to resize new photos I've taken for them.
> I've created and saved McDonalds Resize Preferences and they are;
> 120x120
> 225x225
> 2900x2900
I should be able to select the folder full of TIFFs, and then the software should create subfolders, such as 120x120resize, 225x225resize, 2900x2900resize with the resized images in.
Now It must have the abilitty to save other saved resize prefenses, as if Starbucks company wants resize images 500x350, 600x720, 200x120 I want to be able to save this profile, and load it and apply it to the images I want to resize as I've taken new photos for them.
1. The Resized Images should keep the same filename (As they'll go into there own folders when resized)
2. It should allow me to select the resize file format, such as JPG/JPEG/PNG (Make JPEG default)

Hi, I can make a C++ GUI application (no .NET or other frameworks necessary) which works on both 32 and 64-bit Windows and provide different choices for the re-sampling algorithm (no pixel re-sampling which looks bad.)
