We need an internal travel reservation system (can be in MS Access)

We are in need of a small but efficient computer program that allows us to make travel reservations as they come in (call center type). This module does NOT have to communicate with any other system, it is merely needed to register our bookings, and to be able to put these in reports that can be extracted, printed and emailed... Here is a short description: LOGON - choose employee logon now you get a screen with options to: 1) make new booking 2) update existing booking 3) reports 3) manage details (for example add employees) 1) MAKE NEW BOOKING ENTER DETAILS: name and other information about the traveler number of passengers + choose trip from a drop down list + enter dates DOWN below that is a more detailed screen where we will then enter the actual reservation (hotels, dates, rates, etc etc etc) in the end, it should save all this information in a database and if possible generate an email with the passenger name and the unique booking number that this system now created for this passenger. if this is not possible, let us know... once a booking is made, we should get a small notification to confirm the booking is made . once you close this, go back to the main screen. **IMPORTANT** it should also give every booking a status (BOOKED / CONFIRMED / CANCELLED / PAID / PENDING). this is something we have to select at the time of booking + it should register wich employee entered this booking 2) update existing booking --> have the option to retrieve with booking number, name, date, etc. if you don't have any of those details, it should be able to just give a list with all existing bookings. once you select the booking, get the data entry screen to update whatever needs updating 3) reports --> be able to pull up reports of how many bookings open, filter on booking status (booked / confirmed / cancelled / paid, etc), per customer, per hotel, etc etc. this should be printed in a nice printable format with all details, even invoice if possible. 4) manage details of employees (enter new employees to use system) let us know what the options are :-)
