Switch Port MAPPER

Hi there,

I am looking for a switch port mapper (networking) to interrogate (via SNMP I suspect) a network switch, read the values (packets sent) from the switch ports export the results into a CSV file. I want to be able to plot the switch ports results every 5 minutes

Phase 1 is one switch, all ports every 5 minutes.

Phase 2 multiple switches, all ports, time to be determined.
