c/c++/mfc Installer for WinCE/WinMo 5

Hello. I need native (c/c++) installer for WinCE 5.0 and Win Mobile 5, which can: - downloaded via local WiFi (through Pocket Internet Explorer) from local http server; - start up immediately after downloaded; - after this, automatically connect to local Http server, download from it several CAB files (for instance: .net cf 2.0, sql ce, customized C# project), and install it on device. Progress of all these activities (download CABs, it installs, etc) must be showed to user in progress bar. Also I need to install shortcut of my C# project to desktop. Development notes: all needed emulators (both for wince and winmo) can be downloaded from MSDN, but I will very appreciate developers with possibility for hardware (i.e. on real devices) testing (i.e. you need old pocket stuff with these OS). Important: mentioned http server your don't need to develop, you can use one existing (tomcat, glassfish etc). But will be several code on client side (within PocketIE) for immediately start up installer - I need simple HTML file, which will transfer from Server to Client for interact with Installer.
