Need to develop presentation software to run on windows.

Needs to support 8 separate video card outputs.

Each video output shall support maximum 4k resolution (Ultra HD)

Needs to be able to catalog a database of songs, to be able to be viewed and edited. Clicking on each slide will overlay the text over the screen outputs. (karaokee style). The font shall be adjustable, along with drop shadow, outlines, colors, and which screens the text is sent to.

There shall also be the ability to load in background images and video. The image should be able to be:

Played to each video card output individually

OR

Stretched across a number of video card outputs (for example the imae or video is STRETCHED across 3 or 4 or 8 monitor outputs

OR

REPLICATED across a number of video card outputs (for example - displayed on output 3,6 and 8). It should be possible to preserve aspect ratio OR stretch to fit.

It should be possible to navigate quickly and change "on the fly" during a show. Allowing the operator to be able to quickly assign different backgrounds to different screens.

There should be a playlist where a number of background images can be loaded in preperation. Each background should be able to be defined which display it will be played on, and if it is replicated (maintin aspect ratio), replicated (stretched to fit each output screen), or stretched across multiple screens.

As soon as the playlist background is clicked, it shall automatically play, and continue to loop until it is cleared, or a new background is played to the screen output.

The playlist shall display an graphic icon of the video or image, along with a "CONFIG" button (to define output screen, aspect ratio, stretching etc) and a CLEAR button.

It shall be possible to make the background list auto-play. Advancing to the next background once the previous one finishes. If the autoplay feature is disabled the background will continue to loop forever.

There shall also be the ability to play powerpoint slides, defining which screen it plays to, and if it is replicated (stretched), replicated (maintain aspect ratio) or STRETCHED across multiple screens.

There shall also be the ability to play MP3 [url removed, login to view] the playlist.

All video files shall play audio output the computer output sound card.

There shall also be the ability to play DVDs to any screen. Again, replicated (stretched), replicated (maintina aspect ratio) or stretched across multiple screens. It shall also be be possible to set the start point and finish point of the DVD. For instance "Chapter 1, 2minute 5 seconds" to "Chapter 3, 1 minute 2 seconds".

It shall also be possible to connect a video capture card to the computer and select it as a background source. Again being able to assign to any screen, stretched or replicated. The latency of the video shall be a short as possible. Less than 1 frame delay.

This is a karokee product, but must be very high quality to support 4k resolution TV screens.

We not only need someone good at programming, but also someone who understands easy to use controls and graphic design ability.

Later on we shall add the ability to create a content store to sell backgrounds.
