Build C# project in dot net core framework

We need help in creating of C# project build in dot net core. We have a project named "Safe Exam Browser". This project have multiple modules. At the end we create a '.msi' file for windows machine. We need to run this installer in Linux platform. As we know it can be done by dot net core. We need help from a C# expert developer who can help us in this area.

We need end to end solution as it is running on windows machine , like wise it should work in Linux machine.
