Good day, It looks like you are trying to get a complete product designed, prototyped AND firmware written for with a budget of $250? That's just not going to work. I've previously done two midi-related projects on this site (pads controller with some sliders/knobs and piano keyboard + some pads/knobs on separate board), so I'd say I know what I'm doing but 4k is like the absolute minimum here. It does NOT include parts cost for manufacturing prototypes and the bid will likely increase once specific details are explained. Thanks for looking.
