Make a win32 build of gphoto -- 2

Gphoto2 is a unix Software for Controlling cameras from a pc. Unfortunately it exists for Linux only (there is a win32 build, but it is outdated)
I require a build running on Windows 10 (in 32 bit), newest version (both gphoto2 and the library it is based upon, libgphoto2)
