I am looking for someone who can make a FFT function for an accelerometer vibration monitoring application.
I have developed a sensor board that has ST LIS2DH12 and Microchip PIC 18F25K20 microcontroller running at 16MHz from it's internal oscillator.
The code for the processor is done using Proton BASIC language.
How the code should function:
A 256 x 16bit signed word buffer which is filled with the accelerometer's X/Y/Z raw data.
The subroutine which needs to be done will take this set of values and perform FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) to it. The end result should be one single (16bit unsigned word) frequency value in Hz, in the range of 0 - 700 Hz.
The application is not time-sensitive, so no real-time requirement exists. The processor can therefore work as long as needed for performing this task.
