Silverlight and WPF application

We have a system, consist of two separate applications: 1. The first application is built using Silverlight 5. 2. The second application built using WPF c#. the Silverlight application is used to design content and save the content in a server. while the WPF application will display these content on screen. we asking for developer has good knowledge in Silverlight and WPF to produce plugin for our system, he will deliver one xap file for Silverlight, and one dll for WPF. Our system in Silverlight is built using prism framework to provide dynamic composition of any new xap file you provide, the developer will use our framework for the plugin for both Silverlight and WPF. A sample demo will be provided for the winner developer. Using the Silverlight plugin user will be able to define the specification of the data and can also input the data. The WPF player will render the data as per the settings and layout defined using Silverlight plugin. The plugin that we are asking to be developer is Table designer. Silverlight table designer plugin will save the data and specification of the content through a web service, and similarly WPF Player will obtain the data and specification of the content from a web service. The specification and data must be in xml format and you are free to design the xml layout as you want. But it must be compatible between the Silverlight table designer and WPF Player. For your development environment you will create dummy web services to achieve the complete workflow.
