Silverlight Media Player

The task is to develop a Streaming Media Player for Silverlight using C#. Fancy user interface is not needed.

The requirements are listed bellow:

1. Support HTTP and RTSP protocols.

2. Play WMV/WMA/MP3/JPEG formats

3. Support Play/Pause/Stop Download functions

4. When requesting video by HTTP send valid "HTTP referer" header line in the HTTP request. HTTP referer contains the URL of the page which hosts the player.

This silverlight player will be used in conjumption with WMS (Windows Media Services)

Item 4 is very important and must be implemented. Please do not bid if you do not know how to do that.
