We have a page which currently sends PDF documents to a signing system called Sertifi to get the user to sign them. We need to convert this process to use DocuSign instead.
We have already setup a DocuSign account and built a test page on our website that sends out the signature request. We just need to carry this process through to our live site. The live site has a few features:
1. Has primary signer (required for all docs)
2. Can add up to 8 additional signers (place signer fields to the right of the original signer).
3. Can add 'cc' emails that get notifications of the e-sign process
4. Has a checklist of documents that can be sent for e signature (each request can contain multiple files that need to be signed)
All of this functionality is already built out using the Sertifi API, it should be fairly straight forward to convert it to use the DocuSign API.
For those interested I can provide the login info for our current site and show them the process for signing documents. I've included a screenshot of the current user interface that sends out the signature requests.
Once this project is complete there are 2-3 other areas of our site that we need to convert to DocuSign as well and would like to work with the same person for those projects as well.
