Convert my Extension into a Desktop App using C

I'm looking for someone who can recode me my JavaScript into a real Desktop App using a C Language like C/#/++.
You can find out what the current extension/JavaScript does in the freelancer selection.
The software will need to do some API Calls to my Backend for the license management.
The software itself has to handle the incoming traffic very quickly.
That means being damn fast on code base.
The UI must also look very clean. Here you can also use the current overlay as a guide.
In addition, we have to communicate with different APIs.
This includes a GraphQl API, a JSON API and my self-coded JSON API from Laravel as well as Pokeballs. We have to work with Discord OAuth for the login and you should have experience with cookies.
The application needs an update channel so that users of the application receive updates automatically.
The source code must be fully encrypted after compilation, making it difficult or impossible to override the licensing system.
