Need 1 AR VR 360`interactive virtual environment with streaming ability

Trying to put together a business concept for realistic virtual meeting rooms and locations with digital effects added to the virtual meeting rooms. I need to create a virtual meeting room used for business purposes with realistic features in 3D, 360`interactive, voice and visual abilities on the Web VR platform and Oculus Platform.

With interactive abilities to touch and feel objects within the room for later applications

Executive Virtual Meeting Environments used for business use. Virtual Meeting environment in 3D, with 360` viewing ability within the virtual meeting environment. Oculus headset use for seeing others within the virtual meeting room. Voice chatting to hear and speak with others within the virtual meeting environment. Designed with realistic features within the virtual meeting environment. Realistic tables, chairs, etc. Add digital effects to give a different visual experience within the virtual meeting environment

So I need to what I'm developing is a business software with different virtual meeting environments. And so I'm creating trying to create one or two, to have to be able to show them what my concept was. And it was realistic, virtual meeting environments, that will allow individuals to see each other within the room, talk with each other within the room and create, you know, different tasks that they may be assigned for work, interact, whatever it is that they normally do at work, I just would like to provide a different virtual environment for workplaces, meetings and conferences, things of that nature. So I'm trying to develop one or two, as my prototype to display what my business model will be

I'm definitely gonna need several several virtual environments created. We may do a few in exercise with exercise backgrounds, we may do a few with cooking backgrounds. We'll have a few with conference rooms, for meetings, executive meetings, you know, is just based basically depends on what type of need the company has.

The first one that I would like to do now is I would like to create a conference room setting for business meetings, but instead of it being animated, and looking kiddish I would like to utilize real estate features. You know, the tables to look real estate, the chairs to look real estate. And I would like for individuals to be able to talk to other individuals within the room. And I would like for them to see each other, utilizing the Oculus headset..
