Hi, I have a universal windows application (C#) and I would need you to do the following:
1. Create a database with 5 master images for comparison
1. When I clicked the diagnosis, it will prompt me to take a photo of the infected area
2. Store it in a database so the database will keep growing
3. Determine what type of skin diseases it is based on the EmguCV algorithm and displayed the result,
Note: I only have $100 now and will get my salary on the end of Dec. Therefore, I will create a milestone of $100 first and will pay the remaining on the end of Dec. You can just show me the screenshots of the project progress and only give me the full work after I made full payment.
