VR interactive video prototype - Small project

I am looking for a professional to help me with an interactive prototype virtual reality video/app where a virtual reality video would play until a point of decision where the video would pause, and then you choose a different options on the screen, which would then lead to the next video and then so on. All source material is ready as well as the instruction to do so. Unity experience would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
