Small software for synchronize files in PC with my website

Hi,
I have a file-sharing website written in Laravel + AngularJS. And I need to a software (Windows PC) that can synchronize files and folders between PC and my website.
After install the software will show a sign-in panel to let user sign-in, then ask user to create or select a folder for synchronize, then synchronizes all files and folders in that folders with my website (similar Google Drive or OneDrive app).
The software can be written in any languages as long as that can be easy install in any Windows (7,8,10).
