This project is for a micro processor controlled sound panel. This will replace a system that is still run on a full ATX tower with windows.
There is an interactive sound board that uses HAPP controls LED arcade style buttons. Each button is paired with a picture. When the button is pressed a sound wave will play that is the animals call.
Here is a link to the current hardware used. It is not required to re-use the hardware currently in place, but could be beneficial for cost reduction.

There are 13 buttons in total.
The sound files are less than 90 seconds.
The key mappings are currently using an open source keyboard mapping application.
The sound files are currently held on a microSD card.
This entire setup runs on windows with keyboard, mouse, and monitor. We want to reduce the hardware overhead and believe there is a solution to be had in the way of microprocessors and such.
I should also add that this project should provide the arduino device, pre-loaded with the developed code and shipped.
Wire leads, and/or a wiring harness/manifold, should also be included.
Currently all buttons utilize a simplified spade connection.
There was a mis count on the initial request. The system has 15 buttons, rather than 13.
Major connector requirements:
Connection header for LED's in buttons (to provide power 5v) and connection header for buttons. Currently I can use dupont connectors or mini spade connectors.
