NZ Registered engineer for a PS1 for new building

I have a Cool room building that i want to erect on my property in Whakatane and its from China and need a registered engineer to proof the drawings and calcs as council doesn't accept overseas engineers for a PS1. The building is a steel skeleton with cool room panels which will be erected at the back of our factory. I'm just waiting on the Geotest results to come through.
