This position is key to the growth and expansion of international tech developer, Novid Technoligies PTY LTD. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for quickly establishing professional relationships with clients, identifying the needs of the client and matching those needs to the products and services created and produced by Novidtech Pty Ltd. You will be expected to contribute to the positive and energetic culture of the company through displaying engagement and enthusiasm.
Success in this position will see the applicant be able to quickly establish a professional rapport with a client and identify the client's needs through qualification.
The successful applicant has the potential for high-level income and job satisfation.
-Accountability for sales related activities through activity and sales conversion reports, daily call reports with minimum call Key Performance Indicators, Weekly work goals and plans, monthly and annual territory analysis, Sales reports and quote preparation reporting.
-All sales and orders placed will be quoted and priced based on provided pricing guidelines provided.
-Report on competitor marketing, products, and pricing and all other relevant details -Based on client needs or perceived market conditions, make appropriate suggestions for changes to products and services.
-Maintain thorough and accurate corporate records.
-You will be required to meet minimum sales targets and KPI as communicated at interview and performance conversations.
-Submit weekly work plans and evaluate the effectiveness of plans to meet required sales targets.
-Prospect and expand into client base through proactive and cold calling marketing techniques and client engagement.
-Practice effective sales presentation delivery techniques ensuring Novid Technologies and their products and services are represented professionally.
-Ensure expenses and related account records are accurate and thorough.
-Follow up leads and prospecting activity is closely monitored to ensure each lead is worked to a conclusion.
