Interactive Map for Land Development Website (Plat or Subdivision Map)

Hi! We are seeking an experienced expert to help build an 'Interactive Map' for a land development website. It is a small area, with 22 lots in total. We are seeking maps SIMILAR to this: --- [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] - We are looking for individual or team with PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE doing Interactive Maps for Land Developments/Communities/Subdivision lots. Be SURE to include your previous experience in building similar maps. ****ANY GENERIC PROPOSALS/BIDS, WITH NO EXAMPLES OR RELEVANT RESPONSES, WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY - WE ARE SEEKING THOUGHTFUL SUBMISSIONS*** - We will provide the awarded team with all the necessary technical maps, showing plot lines, detailed maps for scale, etc. from the engineer team. - We are open to building it custom (via SVG and various interactive code for pop-ups/details/map engagement) OR, we are also open to considering PLAT MAP Technologies, such as: --- [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] (We REALLY like this one... very interested in developer who's had experience in this). --- [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] --- [login to view URL] These are just a few we've found, BUT, we are also open to your own recommendations for tools/software. There are PLENTY of options if you research, as well as more general map technologies we can use and modify to suit the our Interactive Map needs. If you know of others, we'd LOVE to hear about them (including plugins or map plugins for WordPress, or other SaaS for this sort of interactive map tool). While we prefer a custom solution for long-term cost control, we are open to recommendations. In any case, we REQUIRE a builder/developer who has previous experience working with either custom or previous map technologies. We have a tight deadline for this work (within 72 hours from award date). We will have discussion with selected individual to explain the map use, goals, and deliverables we expect upon completion. We ask anyone interested to provide details on: - There previous interactive map experience, WITH examples available. - Explain your process, how you build/design the maps, code them, etc. (or how you use the technology, if you suggest a SaaS product, explain the entire process for us, start to finish). The client is open to using one of the subscription services for Interactive, if this is your recommendation, but we want to here your justification/explanation of your recommendation.
