Write R code to create spatial relationships for determining where photos of a shoreline taken at an angle, intersect the shoreline.

Requiring a piece of R code to assist with a citizen science project - MangroveWatch (not for profit) citizen science organisation.
I have the following data;
A table of points with coordinates and bearing/photo angle information (A)
A line shapefile of a shoreline (B)
A multipoint shapefile representing 10m interval points along shoreline - line B (C).
A csv table which contains for each point in A - determine the point in C which is closest to where a line (with a maximum distance) cast from Point A using the bearing in A intersects line B.
Similar to ArcGIS Bearing-Distance to line tool, line intersect and Near.
Data-files provided upon job acceptance.
R script that can be re-used producing csv output that includes the following information;
Information in A
Coordinates of Intersect and closest point C
Error - the distance along the line between the line intersect and point C.
