Le ChatBot aura les éléments suivants
- un dialogue interactif
- un menu
Le ChatBot permettra d'accéder à certaines informations a partir du menu
L'utilisateur pourra souscrire à divers souscription qui lui permettront de recevoir certaines informations
Ces informations seront récupérées périodiquement via un API
Il faudra catégoriser et reformater les informations reçues
Il faudra segmenter les informations et les transmettre aux utilisateurs, selon le contenu de leurs souscriptions
Il faudra:
- créer et gérer le profil des utilisateurs
- gérer les souscriptions
- gérer les sessions d'accès aux informations
=> Le ChatBot sera déployé sur d'autres canaux plus tard
=> L'objet, le menu, et le contenu du ChatBot sont appelés à être diversifié et évoluer assez rapidement
=> Le ChatBot sera décliné en version multi langues plus tard
=> Une assistance pourra être demandée pour effectuer l'habilitation WhatsApp et Meta.
Ce qui a besoin d'être fait:
~ une bêta devra être livré sous 48h, pouvant permettre :
- création des profils utilisateurs
- élaboration des dialogues
- mise en place du menu
- élaborations des données pull (menu)
- récupération et formatage des données push
