Job Description:
Our company is looking to integrate a chatbot powered by ChatGPT into our official WhatsApp number to improve our sales process. The chatbot should be able to engage with customers, negotiate deals, and provide relevant information about our products and services. The project will involve choosing a chatbot platform, building and training the chatbot, connecting it to our WhatsApp number, testing and optimizing the chatbot, and integrating it into our sales process.
Scope of Work (SOW):
Determine the requirements for the chatbot and its integration with WhatsApp.
Choose a chatbot platform that meets our needs.
Build and train the chatbot to handle customer inquiries and negotiate deals.
Connect the chatbot to our official WhatsApp number using an API or a third-party integration tool.
Test the chatbot thoroughly to ensure it is working as expected.
Optimize the chatbot over time to improve its effectiveness and efficiency.
Integrate the chatbot into our sales process, including training our sales team on how to use it to close deals and configure it to automatically collect and process leads and sales data.
