My concept I am developing involves creating functional, healthier baked goods and have proprietary ingredients (2 actually) and I need my recipes "tweaked" to make without any trans fat and I have 3 varieties of product...traditional, sugar free and gluten free and they must all taste great (not cardboard)...so take a brownie...it must be offered in all 3 varieties and also contain 25% US RDA of nutrients and also contain all natural shelf life extender (both of these ingredients I have).
