Engineers Drawing for a Plinth (Concrete Wall) Needed!

I am after engineers drawing for a plinth (concrete wall) to run a 500 kg sliding gate in the set-up shown in the pictures. The plinth (concrete wall) will also hold 2 posts for fencing purposes.

Above-ground-level measurements of the plinth (concrete wall) are below.

Length of the plinth/wall: 400cm

Hight at the right-hand side (above ground): 100cm

Hight at the left-hand side (above ground): 70cm

Width of the plinth: 35 cm (30 cm around the water meter)

For fencing, we will need 2 posts to be installed on the property boundary in the plinth. Those 2 posts are referred to post no 5 and 6 in the pictures.

Post 5 – to be placed at 1.6m from the southern border (from left) of the plinth (placed on the property boundary)

Post 6 – To be placed at the end of the plinth (at 4.0m) (placed on the property boundary).

The distance between Post 5 and Post 6 to be approx. 2.3m.

Note: The work need to be compliant with Australian Guidelines, for example, [login to view URL]

Note: The constructor prefers to use 25mpa concrete. No bricks to be used.

Note: Posts to be 5*5cm and will stand 1.8m above plinth level. Hight of the required posts is unknown without knowing the foundation details from you. Please advice.
