I am in need of an experienced engineer who can design footings for a residential structure. I have soil information and geotechnical reports available for the project. However, I am not sure about the preferred foundation type and would need recommendations.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Proficient in structural engineering
- Familiarity with residential footing design
- Knowledge of various foundation types and their suitability for different soil types
- Ability to provide recommendations for foundation type based on soil information and geotechnical reports
