RV park layout

This Lift Station will need to be designed to accommodate all 125 RV Spaces. Based on the size of the development the Lift Station, the size of the sanitary sewer force main extension and the size of your water meter will need to be designed by a Licensed Civil Engineer Registered in the State of Texas. This design falls out of our means and will have to be at the Developers sole expense. We will need to see a designed site plan, which will include the lift station, sanitary sewer FM extension, the onsite sanitary sewer and water line layout reflecting how everything will be tying into our system. This design will need to be approved by the District's Engineering Firm at the expense of the Developer. An RPZ Backflow Preventer will also be required near the meter on private property, an Easement for the Lift Station will be required to be shown on the plans and documents provided to Trinity Bay Conservation District, and we will also need a designed plan and profile drawing to be provided for the sanitary sewer FM Line Extension along Hwy. 73 so that Trinity Bay can have our District Engineer submit the drawings and paperwork to TxDOT for Permitting.
