High-Precision CNC Turning & Threading – Aluminum / Plastics (20–30 pcs) I am seeking an experienced CNC lathe machinist or shop to produce tight-tolerance precision parts from aluminum (primary) and limited Delrin / ABS. This is not hobby or prototype work. Parts must be fully interchangeable across a 20–30 piece batch per drawing. Work Scope Precision turning of multiple diameters Square facing operations Internal & external threading to drawing Finishing suitable for anodizing / powder coating Technical Requirements Tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Surface finish per drawing (Ra controlled) PDF drawings + STEP files provided In-process inspection using proper gauges Deliverables Fully compliant machined parts Basic dimensional inspection report (PDF or spreadsheet) Setup and final part photos Acceptance Criteria All dimensions within tolerance Threads pass GO/NO-GO gauges Specified surface finish achieved Mandatory Proposal Details Please include: Lathe model Swing capacity Length between centres Typical Ra finish you achieve on aluminum or steel Experience with small batch precision work Quality and repeatability are more important than speed.
