I want to commission the full design package for a 3 kW CNC laser cutter with a 1.5 × 3 m worktable. The machine will spend most of its life slicing stainless-steel sheet, so every component—from the fiber-laser source to the motion system—has to stand up to continuous metal duty while holding a repeatable ±0.1 mm tolerance. Here is what I expect to receive: • Detailed mechanical drawings for the bed, gantry, enclosure, fume extraction and assist-gas lines • Electrical schematics covering mains distribution, laser power supply, servo/stepper drives, control cabinet layout and all safety interlocks (E-stop, door sensors, light curtains) • A complete bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers, lead-times and estimated costs • Recommended CNC controller configuration (e.g., Siemens, Beckhoff, LinuxCNC or similar) with post-processor files ready for stainless programs • CAM, nesting and parameter tables that are tuned for stainless steel kerf characteristics at 3 kW • Assembly and alignment instructions, including laser-beam path checks and calibration routines • Commissioning checklist and sample test file that demonstrates the ±0.1 mm capability across the full 1500 × 3000 mm field The design should be practical to fabricate with commonly available structural steel, precision rails and industrial hardware, and it must integrate CE-compliant safety features. If you have previous builds or reference photos, feel free to include them; they help me visualize the approach. Once the documents are approved, I may invite you to support remote build supervision and initial cut-quality tuning as a follow-on milestone.
