need to create accountant user,designer user with team leader(sub admin) and normal team member functionality
Required flow are describing below.
When new leads come Team Leader create the leads based on sourse and assigned to sales team member with alert
and will show his pannel as required acton label
Assigned sales team member can accept or reject the task with reject reason.
If He accept that lead will assigned to that sales member and new client account will create and credentials will share to client over email or sms.
Assigned team member can change the status of the discusion this will available admin and Accountant module
Sales team member will communicate @ collect the requirements from client over chat system or phon calls .
If the sales communication over and the lead status changed to win he will create advance invoice for design cost this will avaiable in client
admin and accountant pannel
Once client paid the ammount they can click on paid button with attached screen shot sales team leader,member,account and admin will get update ondashboard
That project will available Designer team leader with alert and client requirement & supporting [login to view URL] client is not clicke on paid button,the sales team leader/member/account
can forward that projct to designer desk
Designer team leader can assign the task to any one of designer under him .
Assigned designer can accept or reject the task with time line or reject reason.
If He accept this time line will available in sales /admin/account/client user pannel with time line.
sales member /designer/accountant/admin/client user can chat on group regarding the project.
After finish the design the designer can upload the design and client can able tocommet on it.
Once the project design is aprove form client end sales member can updated the project is finalised with budget .
Then account will generate the performa invoice availabele on sales /admin/account/client user pannels if clinet aprove it and paid the ammount he or account or
sales member can forward this project to manufacturing department
Manufacture team leader will update the status that will available on sales leader,member /admin/account/client user pannels
once manufacturing finsh he can create a team from available workers and assign them to install the project.
Once the instalaton cmplete sales person /leader/accountant can change status to finish the project and accountant will generate final bill..
In short we need to create multiple kind of group users like sales ,designers,manufactures with team leaders and members .
Sales user need to assign members and once required they need to add other group s .Also need an option to added group members chat and notification and time line allert options/
