CCTV camera software for viewing 7 cameras together in different frame size without lag

I have 7 CCTV cameras. I want feed of all the 7 Camera at the same time in 4channel. In this I want 3 camera videos in each channel and the rest 4 camera in 4th channel...

Also want 4 cameras to be recoded first and then 3 cameras to be recoded . I want play back of 3 cameras in 3 channels and the 4 camera videos in the 4th channel.
