PROOF OF CONCEPT App Developer to complete 100% of project - iPhone and Android
Budget $100-500 USD
PROJECT TERMS ***THESE TERMS ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE***:
1. There will be NO up front payment of any kind.
2. 1 milestone only, will be created and funded.
3. No release of funds until 100% satisfied.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fill the NDA out completely, sign and return it as a PDF file. The NDA is in the project files attached to this project.
2. You will be required to provide a bid cost WITHIN THE POSTED RANGE for the full project through 100% completion and 100% satisfaction.
3. You will be required to provide a completion cost and time estimate, including TOTAL DAYS for the full project through 100% completion and 100% satisfaction.
4. Updates should be provided every 2-3 days. WEEKLY, Code drops (backup files provided) are REQUIRED WEEKLY (every 7 days), so be prepared to share.

The app will be built from scratch.
The website is not yet 100% functioning and no API exists.
