I can help you design the experimental evaluation for this pipeline. The core challenge here isn't running the three configurations — it's defining what "better" actually means when you move from CV-only to CV+LLM to CV+LLM+RAG. Object detection metrics (mAP, precision, recall) cover the baseline, but the moment you add LLM enrichment, you're measuring a fundamentally different kind of output quality. Most reviewers at ISPRS or IEEE JSTARS will push back hard if the evaluation framework doesn't account for that gap cleanly.

This project is right in my wheelhouse. I build AI-powered applications and agentic systems daily — from RAG pipelines and chatbot integrations to autonomous agents that handle complex workflows end-to-end. I've read through your requirements carefully and I'm confident I can deliver exactly what you need. My approach would be to start with a clean architecture that's easy to extend, using the latest AI APIs and best practices for prompt engineering and model integration. I work with Claude, GPT-4, and open-source models regularly, and I'm very comfortable with the full stack needed to bring AI features into production — Node.js/Python backends, React frontends, vector databases, and cloud deployment. Happy to jump on a quick call to discuss the specifics and share some relevant examples of similar work. Looking forward to hearing from you.
