Restaurant project site manager

I am looking for a construction project manager. Someone who can read drawings, ensure the subcontractors are completing their work properly, ensure project is on/under budget, coordinate material deliveries.

I was selected to build an addition at a restaurant just outside philadelphia. The project should take approximately 4 months and is scheduled to begin in 2-3 weeks.
